1. Artistic Mastery & Outcomes

While Chitra Bina provides a world-class curriculum inspired by the standards of Shri Prabir Bardhan, artistic progress is inherently subjective. Enrolment does not guarantee a specific level of professional success or external certification. Mastery is achieved through a combination of institutional guidance and the student’s personal dedication and practice.

2. Physical Well-being & Liability (Yoga & Dance)

Participation in Yoga, Freehand Exercise, or Dance involves physical exertion.

  • Self-Assessment: Students (or their guardians) are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically fit to participate.
  • Medical Advice: We strongly recommend that students with pre-existing medical conditions or injuries consult a physician before beginning any physical programme.
  • Limitation of Liability: Chitra Bina, its faculty, and its administrators shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained during the course of training, whether on-campus or during independent practice.

3. Intellectual Property & Brand Integrity
